Baked Potatoes w/ Broccoli & Feta Topping

Grilled chicken and a mixed green salad Prep Time: 5 Min. Cook Time: 5 Min. What you need:

+ 1 c. cooked broccoli florets diced into tiny pieces
+ 1 c. herb Feta cheese diced into 1/2" cubes + 1/3 c. prepared Italian dressing + sliced black olives + 4 hot baked potatoes What to do:
1. Boil broccoli for 1 min., drain and let cool.
2. Combine the broccoli and Feta cheese and toss with Italian dressing. 3. Top potatoes with broccoli mixture and add sliced black olives. Wine pairings:
Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Beaujolais
