Fancy Skillet Steaks

Prep Time: 10 Min. Cook Time: 20 Min. What you need:

+ 2 boneless beef sirloin steaks (6 oz. each)
+ 3 tsp. olive oil, divided + 1/4 c. chopped onion + 1/4 c. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped + 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar + 1 tsp. sugar + 1 garlic clove, minced + 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning What to do:
1. In a large skillet, cook steaks in 1 tsp. oil over med-high heat for 4-5 min. on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for med-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145°; med., 160°; well-done, 170°). Remove and keep warm.
2. Add the onion, tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, garlic, lemon-pepper and remaining oil to the skillet. Cook and stir for 4-5 min. or until onion is tender. Spoon over steaks. Note: Nutritional value is for 1 steak with 2 Tbsp. toppings. Nutritional information:
